Elder Lowrance teaches from Psalm 14 which the Apostle Paul uses in Romans as proof that all mankind is dead in sin and incapable of redeeming themselves or looking to God for help. The closing verse of the Psalm teaches that man’s only hope is the finished work of Jesus Christ which successfully saves the elect of God.
